WELCOME. I'm glad you are here!

What is Estate Planning?

In its broadest terms, Estate Planning is legally enforceable life planning with benefits that continue to the next generation.

It is YOUR FAMILY'S LEGAL PLAN.

Through a thoughtful and well executed plan YOUR desires can be honored now and in the future.
A major focus of any estate plan is determining how a person wishes their assets to be managed during times they can't and when and how their assets, both money and property, will be distributed down the road. Whether by Will, Trust, Joint Ownership, Beneficiary Designation or other tools, and most likely by a combination of all, the individual's wishes can and should be honored.   Even if you have not planned your estate, you DO have an Estate Plan.  It's just a plan the State of Texas has determined may be best for you and your family.  Ask yourself, do you want to rely on the plan the state has made for you or, would you rather use the plan you have made for yourself?
We encourage you to look through the site and learn from years of training and experience.  Better yet, give me a call, I'm happy to speak with you .
